Does it come with a battery and track?

The tracks are all seperate. Mine was a bare tool, but it did come with a t-stack case. If you are going to use it for cuttiing 4x8 sheets I would spend the money and buy both the long and short tracks. You can attach two together to cut 8'. The saw will usually bind where the two tracks meet though.

Why doesnt Dewalt website state the 15amps listed here?

Is this track saw cordless and corded?

It's cordless. It uses the dewalt 60v battery packs.
