two charging cradles stopped working within 4 months
We have used Panasonic Telephone systems for many years. I bought this one thinking it would work for years like our last system, but two of the charging cradles stopped working withing 4 months. The only thing I can do is send them in for warranty work ($ out of my pocket) and they can't even tell me about how long it will take. I am giving it two stars since it's expendable - we were able to add a phone from our old system to this one making it have six handsets instead of just five.
