I work from home so I thought that wearing a waist trainer would do some extra work for me during the day. Very surprised at how comfortable they feel, even after wearing them for 2+ hours - it gets a bit moist under there so be sure to take the trainer off periodically to give your skin time to breathe. I'm 5'6" with a wide waist (34) and with pretty hefty love handles. So far I've only been able to fit the biggest band, but curious to see if anything changes. I've only been using it for a few weeks so I'm pretty hopeful

I got the XL because I fit in the waist range of an XL but I wish I had gotten the Large instead. It's slightly a bit big for me. Definitely flattened my sides and stomach though.

This is the second one that I bought. Felt like the first use was good but then I felt like it possibly stretched too much. I ordered a smaller size to try and felt that I was having the same issues. Overall was an okay purchase.

As with everything of this nature, I am always skeptical but thought I would give it a try. After only two weeks I was pleasantly surprised to find that it actually seems to have reduced the size of my waist.I am about a 37" waist. At first, I ordered a Large. No way could I even get to the first set of hooks. Returned that one and got the XL. That fit okay on the third set of hooks. I wore it everyday for about 8-10 hours a day. It was not uncomfortable at all and after a while I even forgot I was wearing it.By the end of the second week, the belt started feeling a little bit loose. It was then I began thinking "could this possibly be reducing my waist size?". For several more days it remained feeling a little loose so I decided to try the Large again. It came yesterday and I was able to hook it on the first set of hooks with little effort. Wore it for about 4 hours yesterday, put it on today and doing up the hooks was even a little bit easier.As of now, I can say I am most pleased with the results of this product. It has also helped by chronic back pain and improved my posture a bit. Is the apparent reduction in my waist size permanent or just a temporary result due to hours of compression? I will have to see. The compression is not uncomfortable so I will be wearing this for at least the rest of the summer. After that, I will forego it for a while to see if my waist stays trimmer or not.I only have two gripes with this product. First off, does it have to be black? That can often be seen through light weight, light-colored summer clothes. Is it not possible to offer this in white or beige also?Secondly, depending upon the shirt, sometimes the outline of the hooks is visible through clothing. I don't think there is much that can be done with that in the product design without adding even more material to the belt. What works for me is if I turn the belt to the left, so that the row of hooks is almost under my left arm, it is much less visible, if at all. (I imagine the same would apply turning it to the right as well.)I plan to report back with an update in several months but for now I am one happy customer who looks trimmer in his clothes and physically feels better. What a pleasure to find a product which actually seems to do what its description promises

This trainer is so comfortable thats the I first noticed and it gives alot of back support. The back back support is something I had nbo idea I wanted in a waist trainer until I tried on this one. I got my waist trainer in a large, big mistake, I already have it comfortably on the third row of hooks. I should have gone with the medium as I started to initally. You are supposed to gradually make your way to those last hooks as you make progress and your waist gets smaller. And I have already dropped a few pounds so I am gonna have to get myself another one. Oh yeah an this trainer is advertised as for men and I am a Woman but decided to get it from the Men's department because the trainers that I bought that are made for Women give you way less material as if we all have short torso's I hate that!. Its either they are too high upo on your waist and don't properly cover your abs, or if you put it directly over your lower abs where most SWomen carry belly fat, it does no justice for your upper waist. I dont have a short torso and wanted full coverage and this waist trainer gives you that. I have a nini fupa, its almost gone whoooo hooo! but as of right now I am still getting rid of it. I am going to order another one in a medium as the large is too big for me. And finally, two of the images are misleading, there are no addiditinal flaps to pull across after its on to make it tighter, if it was supposed to com with that, which would have been great, I did not recieve it. It is only one piece period. Hope this helps someone. 😊

i play drums often, work out often, and ski as often as i can. right now, for drums and working out, the core trainer really helps. also makes me sweat, which is good. i can last much longer than without it.

The product was as described and I fitted into it well. It has 3 stages so each time your waste shrink you clip into the 2nd row or 3rd row of clips. It all went well and I was on the 2nd row of clips and my waste was shrinking until I started to get a discomforting pain from the metal strips on the left and right hand side which started to dig into my left/right rib and in the left/right lower abdominal area (The metal strips are sewed into the product keeping the product upright) I was left with marks in those areas and I have not been using it for the last 2 months and the marks remain. It as good whilst it lasted. Shame for those metal strips.

Do not buy this product as the design of this product is left to be desired and left me with permanent bruising and scarring.Seller authorized me to return the product and refund me accordingly, only to renege on his promise.

Way, way too small for an Aussie man. I’m a small woman and it didn’t fit me either
