Very disappointed with the product quality. I bought this massager a while ago and only used it a few times. It was kept in its original carry bag in a dry storage space. When I took it out again recently, the shoulder pad material was peeling badly—even though the item had barely been used.I contacted the seller (Shaft Brands UK) directly to explain the issue. They admitted the warranty had expired but offered only a 10% discount for a future purchase. When I replied asking for a more reasonable solution, they simply ignored me.This shows a clear lack of responsibility and customer care. From reading other reviews, I see I’m not alone. I had hoped to avoid leaving negative feedback, but it seems that’s the only way to warn others.Think twice before purchasing from this seller. Poor quality and even worse after-sales support.

Absolutely love it!!! It’s helped my bad back

Love it, the arms are a bit short but apart from that it works well. I’ve always had sore shoulders, this really hit the spot. I went overboard using it when I first got it, totally my fault. Now my shoulders are relaxed and feel much better. My sister used it and has now bought one of her own.

This would have been a 5* review however I have recently received a product recall message from Amazon saying not to use this item anymore as the manufacturer has found a fault with the plug with a risk of it catching fire.I followed all Amazon instructions, checked serial number and discovered that I had a massager with a potentially faulty plug.I sent an email to the address supplied as a replacement adaptor would be provided and awaited further instruction.That was two weeks ago and I followed up again this week with a second email.I have had no contact regarding this from anyone and nowhere to log this with Amazon for further support/advice.So despite this massager being excellent when I was using it, it is now redundant until the safety recall has been rectified.Come on Amazon, some help here please!How long do I wait without contact from the supplier until I resign myself to the fact that I no longer own a working item.
