Mobile is old model. Condition is very slow. Not able to use . All apps getting slow Condition. Even I can't able to attend incoming calls properly. Not displayed. I am not satisfied. I want to return this product to you or manufacturer.

Slow performance
The phone performed well initially, but after around 4–5 months of use, the performance has become very slow. Basic tasks lag a lot, and even simple games like Ludo are not playable due to heavy lag. Battery performance is good and lasts well, but the overall speed is disappointing. I purchased the 4 GB RAM / 128 GB storage variant, and it does not feel sufficient for long-term use. If you are looking for a long-lasting phone, I would not recommend this model. It’s better to go for a higher RAM option.
