Let's face it, it's difficult to sleep sitting. This neck pillow makes it somewhat easier, but it won't magically allow you to fall asleep. It's comfy and the back straps to hold you head back do work. It could be a little taller for me as my head still fell a bit too much to the side, but using it was way better than nothing. It's worth it if you travel a lot or have a long haul flight coming up.

Very supportive and comfortable for long hours resulting in quality sleep in a sitting position. The high design may feel too warm for some situations.

Bought two, one for me and my husband for a couple of long haul flights. I was looking forward to having comfortable neck support as we had used the bean bag type of neck pillows in the past. Both of us hated this product! It was uncomfortable and they didn’t attach to the headrests very well. I am short (5’2) so it was sat pretty high when attached. The sides are deep and came up so far onto my face it was like being in a vice, especially as it is pretty ridged foam, this also made me feel hot. I couldn’t wear my noise cancelling a head set with it which I like to block out noise when I sleep. Very expensive mistake for both of us, my cheap one is better. Try before you buy
