headlight restoration cleaning wipes

1) I'm a woman in her late fifties and had no knowledge of headlight. 2) However, I was very surprised when I finished this job with the manual. It took less than15 minutes without any tools. 3) My headlight was blurry, but I blame it on my age, but now it looks much cleaner at night. I'm very satisfied with the small expenditure.

Followed steps to the dot, waited half a day to dry up, no improvements, actually made the headlights sticky and more foggy than before. Very dissapointed, unfortunately I can't return the product :( Garbage!!! ZERO RATING IF HAVE OPTION

So it mostly works, but there are two main problems:First, the stage 1 substance is not just a cleaner. It's some kind of corrosive which makes the plastic get all opaque and streaky. That makes the second problem worse.Second, they are way too stingy with the stage 2 substance. Only one of those, while they give you 2 of the "cleaning" wipes. The first headlight worked OK, but on the second one I was not able to apply an even layer and the end result is I can see some of the streaks from the first step. I suspected in advance that this might not be enough to cover both headlights (mine have kind of a large area which wraps around the side and top of the hood area). I would have just done the front area of the plastic, but because the "cleaner" screwed it all up I had to try to do the whole thing.

This solvent-based cleanser did a great job of clearing clouded headlight glass, but the haze returned within six months. I suspect that an abrasive based buffer and polish followed by a liquid will produce a more enduring result, and have re-done the headlights with such a treatment but cannot yet evaluate its longevity.The treatment was relatively pricey (two sealed packages to treat two headlights-- or perhaps four if you are frugal). Note that the solvent in these wipes smells very caustic-- use it outdoors and try not to breathe the fumes!

Works well.

This product was just as advertised. Easy to use, and my headlights look new! Don’t spend the money on more expensive products, these worked great!

I wish I had taken before & afters but I didn’t even think about it. My headlights were so dim that it was getting dangerous to drive at night time because I couldn’t see anything! This was so easy to use, took me all of 2 minutes- maybe even less, and my headlights are completely restored.

after I followed the instruction to do the clean up, it's not really working at all for my old car headlights. I guess it may work for a middle age car. waste my money, and very disappointed.
