Doesn’t work
I have two of the earlier versions of this camera that work ok. I’ve tried all 3 service providers they have and can only get 1 bar in those so randomly work. This camera is trash. It has 2 bars and i have been back and forth with customer service for the entire time I have had it. Its does alert motion and if it doesn’t it doesn’t record any video. I will not buy another one. I’ve paid over $150 for cell data and cloud storage and the camera doesn’t work.

updated on 5/19/26: I had a battery charging issue with my original camera after using it for a while. I reached out to their customer support and was assisted by Selina. She was absolutely amazing and professional! since my original model was discontinued, she gave me flexible options and quickly arranged a new replacement camera for me. I highly recommend this brand for their great support!

No la puedo conectar
Buen día mi cámara no se conecta, ni dice “La cámara está lista para conectar” alguien sabe porque solo se queda parpadeando el led y al momento de querer conectarla no se puede.

have to pay monthly service charge
unit works good until you run out of sim, then you have to buy a plan for camera. they dont tell you that on the sales ad. 15 bucks a month...pass. Dont buy unless you want to pay another bill every month. will return these!

Great camera great customer service "Yilia"
I originally started with just one of these cameras after about a week of using it I decided to add two more. I have 3 around my property and they work great for me. I did have one go down and I used their chat service to trouble shoot it. They made a decision to just replace it. Totally caught me off guard. Thank you Yilia for your outstanding customer service, it was very much appreciated.
