This little water dispenser is perfect. I needed a way to have good water in my craft shed and didn’t have a lot of room to spare. This was the perfect fit! Very easy to use and set up also.

I have had this thing for a couple of months and it’s now leaking all over my counter. It also dispenses hot water out of the cold water tab. I have not done anything to the unit to cause this. Don’t buy.

This worked fantastic for about 7.5 months then the water stared to boil out and even the bottle started having hot water. I do not leave the hot water on constantly just in the morning and it just started malfunctioning one day kind of a bummer because it was perfect in my office and I loved it till the water boiled over the top. Just purchased , seems to be great other than a little slow dispensing . But others may be as well

Doesn’t work!! Wont dispense water!! Cheap and doesn’t even have all the buttons that the manual describes!! Don’t waste your money!! The cord is so short too!! Looks terrible and cheap too! Water spilled everywhere when I tried to use it!!

The unit does not get the water cold enough you ad is a little misleading says 3 temps no way to set tep for cold water instructions are very poor

This product is extremely disappointing. It is advertised as a 3-temperature countertop water dispenser, but in actual use it does not perform the way a proper hot and cold water dispenser should. The hot water does not get nearly hot enough to make tea or coffee properly. It is not boiling, and it is not hot enough for anyone expecting water suitable for instant coffee, tea, or similar use. The cold water is also disappointing. It can barely be considered cold and is closer to slightly cooled or lukewarm water than properly chilled water. Another major issue is that the machine does not seem to produce hot and cold water properly at the same time. If you want cold water, you have to turn off the hot water function. If you want hot water, you have to turn the hot water function on, and then it no longer provides cold water. So in reality, the choices are basically cold/lukewarm or hot/lukewarm, not three useful temperatures. Even then, the “cold” water is not truly cold, and the “hot” water is not hot enough to be useful for tea or coffee. That defeats the entire purpose of buying a water dispenser with hot and cold options. The only thing this product does reliably is dispense water at around room temperature. If that is all you need, it may work for you. But if you are buying this expecting properly hot water or properly cold water, you will likely be very disappointed. In my opinion, this product is poorly designed, ineffective, and not worth the money.
