This is the one that tastes great and dissolves perfectly. I love to add to my coffees and teas. It's easy to use as it is very fine and quality product for a value price. The color is vibrant too.

Yummmm!! Didn't know if I'd like it. I compared the reviews on all the various brands. This brand is great. I used it to make boba tea. Great deep color. Delicious earthy taste. I didn't dissolve perfectly. I poured through a sieve to get rid of the fine lumps. But the taste and color and texture made up for the minor hassle. I'll order again.

It had a beautiful purple color that I used to color my bagels using natural colorings instead of artificial colorings. There wasn't a flavor addition with this so it worked perfectly to color my dough.

I love the fact that is natural , but is not dissolving well in to the batter or frosting.

This is a very fine powder. It is almost like having purple flour. It mixes into my smoothies very well with minimal effort. I barely notice a smell and the taste is very faint and un-intrusive. I got it for the health benefits and not the taste, so it is just in the background of the smoothie, adding texture. I think for the quality of the product, the price is just right.

I thought the flavor would be more concentrated, but you have to use a lot of powder in order to truly taste the ube flavor. The color is vibrant, so if you need this power for color alone, it'll work well. There aren't any instructions included, so you have to experiment for yourself and research recipes online.

Great color and flavor. Superfine ground and very easy to mix so it's smooth and it's never not chunky. I have no idea if it makes me any healthier, but it's tasty.
