Please don't buy this northern lights cuz I have terrible experience I don't know who do fault company or Amazon I purchased this product so I got wrong product like both earbuds colour difft and a earbud light dimmed in whole body like decoration bulb so I talked to Amazon's customer service they said okk replace it then I asked them would this happen again they said no so replaced it and then again I get same problem in another earbud after replace nothing change its like they put in every earbuds 1 is original bud and 1 is duplicate bud and in earbuds body have some scratches am like first tim fraud it's okk but two times fraud it's ridiculous don't know what they doing am not happy with it. I shared photo and video check it before purchase

Sound good, but product damaged
Sound & quality good. But found case with scratches looks like used or not perfect quality. No option for replacement or return. Don't buy this online, go to local electronics store & buy from there. Atleast you can say something or change the product if any fault is there.
