My favorite anime/manga of all times. I’m so in love with her art and I love the storyline. I’m really happy, it came perfect in shape too

Best shoujo manga you will ever read.
The story is deeply emotional, a slice-of-life. It might seem this is just a simple high school love story. But it shows grief, friendship, hardships and making memories. It shows we have to live in the moment and let go of the past. Time heals.Besides the story, the art is mesmerizing, I have yet to see another manga with characters drawn so beautifully.

It's reaching for high marks, but just isn't quite getting there.
So far, I'm kind of enjoying this series. The girls are so cute. I simply adore the way the author draws girl's eyes. It's always so delightful in all their works. I like the story, but the characters, meh, not really feeling the groove. There's too much friction for my liking. Friction all over. Yes, yes, I know, that's how teenagers are (and life is) in RL. But I read to escape, not to see a manga version of a reality show. I don't mean I want pure fantasy, but the story is almost always more enjoyable when all the main characters get along, at least for the most part. Based on this volume's events, it seems apparent to me that there's going to be some seriously broken hearts coming up, and soon. Will it further divide the group? Or will it bring them closer? It could just be that they're all still trying to get to know each other. So yes, conflicts can & do happen when a group of (mostly) strangers get thrust together. I'm pretty sure that eventually, Futaba & Kou will get together, but at this point, I think there's gonna be a lot of heartache before that happens. Art, so so good. I just love this author's work. Dialogue, very real, very true-to-life. Characters, believable, (mostly) likeable, and definitely relatable. I think we all had times during our teenage years where we weren't sure who we were, or who we wanted to be, or who we wanted to be around.

A continuation of book 1
Futaba and Kou continue from book 1 exactly where they left off, so best read book one first, if you want to understand what is happening.Futaba is trying to reconcile her thoughts and feelings towards Kou. They vary between liking and annoyed verging on hate.Kou tries to push Futaba away with his comments but Futaba can be persistent and wants to know Kou's past without her so she can understand his current character.Kou insists he is a completely different person to who he was before, Futaba now understands but wants to know why. With encouragement from Kou's brother, Futaba becomes class representative. In asking for a male class representative, Futaba finds Kou volunteering. He didn't know what he let himself in for when both reps along with the event representatives, Yuri, Shuko, and Aya, were to attend an overnight workshop with other class and event reps from the school.Things don't start of well and go downhill from there. Both Kou and Futaba get further apart then closer, leaving themselves in a limbo. It was fun and the drawings are beautiful. The characters are developing well and the story is progressing well too. There are fun moments and thoughtful ones too.The writer adds some interesting information about Futaba and Kou in a run down at the end. The author's comments on the side were fun too.I can't wait for the next instalment although I know I will have to wait but it makes you feel invested in the characters and a need to see what happens next.Well worth a look.
