First time using creatine. This stuff is amazing! After one week using one scoop per day, my muscles are very plump. It also gives me a bit of a caffeine buzz, not the energy part but the mood boost

It arrived in perfect condition and quickly, good quality product that dissolves quickly.

It arrives in a regular vehicle (not refrigerated) which is a courier or Amazon problem. That’s no good. But the product is good.
