While installing a gate opener (MM371W), this cable was recommended to improve performance. I did not install the added gain antenna the poster recommended because the stock one works fine as long as it is exposed well. The solar panel sits atop the pole in the photo, but how to mount the stock antenna? With a hole in a regular hose clamp utilizing the chassis mount nut on the cable fixture (on one end). Though it seems like great quality, I have no idea how this cable would perform exposed to the elements, but did not take any chances and ran it through protected pipe. Great cable and fittings, absolutely recommend.

This SMA extension cable works perfectly between an active GPS signal splitter and the GPS module in my QRP-Labs HF transceiver. It would serve well with other equipment that requires a GPS reference signal.

Purchased for extension of antenna on Mighty Mule gate opener. Make sure the purchase of antenna does not have RP prefacing the model number. This is called Reverse Polarity and means the electrical connector on the antenna is missing the tiny pin in the center of it's female screw-on connector and will not function with this cable.

Looks like fiber wire construction. High quality definitely. A nice upgrade from the original cord I was using, that required a small adapter. This cord solved that issue and has a good amount of slack.Need a good quality constructed cord, this will do the job!
