Ego power inverter
Works great

I Love Ego
I have quite a bit of Ego equipment. It is so nice to be able to use the batteries to power lights, etc during out frequent weather-related outages. I have two of the smaller inverters which I use to power a single LED lamp each. This one has 400W, so I can run many more things at once.

Very useful addition to the mower.
Very useful way to use the mower batteries for more than just grass cutting. I found it great to power our Cpap machine overnight while camping and powering the tv during a short power outage. Most often used to power the laptop and a fan for the afternoon outside by the pool. Knocked off a start because the USB charging heats up the included cords and power brick which worries me.

Automatic power off ~90 minutes
I had been researching power inverters for Ego (as I had a few batteries already), and then put it aside... then the event came when I was going to need power, and I picked this up. It took about 90 minutes to remember why I hadn't picked it up in the first place. It isn't the sine wave issue (that's a problem with the smaller ones, and the reviews are blended together if you look at the battery-less reviews). The issue is that the 400W model will power down automatically, so can't be used for low drain stuff like running lights for hours unless you want to turn it back on every 90 minutes or so. And running a CPAP all night? Or keeping a crockpot warm? Stay away from this one. If you just need it as an occasional 100W USB-C charger, or short term AC, or as an extra charger for your Ego batteries, it's probably fine... but beware this HUGE limitation on use.

Ummm seems ok
Seems ok for a light or a fan if I’m out camping or tailgating. But with the other reviews indicating “concerns” over the true sine wave capabilities so probably won’t risk my sensitive computer equipment for now until I can put it through its paces long term. But if I have a power outage may try my internet router, tv etc and update.
