It's heavy. With the case on it won't fit in a normal large holder.

Great phone for the price. Nice weight, good batter with fast charge (up to 2500 ma so far). Pretty good camera.

The media could not be loaded. I could not believe the weight on this phone! This unit is a beast. It at first came with 73% charge right out of the box which I was very happy with. Very simple to walk through the procedure of setting up the phone. The camera is incredible with the 64 megapixel lens. Very easy to download items from Google Play Store. I love the color of the unit because it matches my Subaru wilderness edition. And it is extremely durable in the case that it comes with, however you have the excitement of looking through all the additional add-ons you could get through the company and let me say wow there is some pretty incredible stuff that you could get for this phone. Please go to the website check out the reviews and if you know somebody that needs a rugged down to earth simple to use phone this is it. Not to mention you could buy five of these phones for the price of the competitors......LOL

Very disappointed in this phone. My previous phone was a ulefone armor 9 and it served me very well with very few glitches, so, I was excited to receive this new x31.After a month of use I can say that the call sound quality is not very good, every one on the other end of my calls say that I sound very muffled.It has severe latency when streaming videos and listening to the audio on a Bluetooth device and I have tried it with some very "high end" devices.I have several apps that stream audio with the screen darkened, but when I try it with this unit, it will play about 5 minutes and then stop streaming.I won't rule out another ulefone device because of how well the armor 9 performed,but, beware of the super inexpensive devices that they offer.

Es un buen producto en su nicho: ser resistente. El software está bastante poco pulido. Aveces fallan cosas básicas. El procesador deja bastante que desear, en general es lento. Las cámaras son acorde a un celular de gama baja. Sin embargo destaca en ser resistente, que es el único motivo válido para comprarlo.

I should say up front that I wanted to love this phone....the price is right, the features are there, the battery is fairly large and the camera quality (especially up close shots) was excellent and it never faltered on the auto focus like my old phone. The processor is fairly fast and more than handled by every day needs. Phone seems well made as well. But.....as the title says......even though most of the time I had 4 bars on 5g, none of my apps that use larger amounts of data would work until I set my preferred network to 4g. Others with me had no problems streaming music with their 5g phones along the same path. The battery seems to drain faster than my 3 year old phone for which I thought that I needed to replace because of the battery wearing down. charging was crazy slow....nearly 5 hours from 55% to full on the supplied 18w charger. The main reason that I returned this phone is because everyone that i called the first day complained that they could barely understand me because the microphone sounded muffled and like I was in a tunnel. If I cannot use this phone as a viable communications device, then it has to go....and it did.
