You warm it and you cool it by placing it on a warm cup of water or inside the fridge, the whole description makes it seem as if it heats up and cools up thanks to the amazing technology but is nothing of the sorts, merely a cryo donut attached to a vibrator, and the glass is has a scratchy part that looks broken. Extremely disappointed returning, asking for a refund.
