These wireless intercom's work great! My wife can *holler* at me whether I'm upstairs or downstairs!

My partner is coming up on open heart surgery in two weeks and we have a large house. I'll be working around the house, but I want him to feel comfortable that he can easily reach me no matter where I am in the house. So the "Group Chat" feature of these intercoms was very important to me. Also, while we do have the house wired with Google Minis, we found that the broadcast usage of them to be more frustrating than always good. They work 90% of the time flawlessly, but we are now in a case where I needed 100% compliance.The units are stylish enough. They don't feel either overly well made or sold, but they don't feel cheaply made either. But the most important thing is that they work right out of the box and that's a real winning feature. Just plug them in (the ubiquitous 5V charger with a USB C connection), the unit lights up and tells you what unit it is of the number you have purchased. Each unit has a unique number designation and you can call a unit by just holding down its number for more than a second (instructions say to hold it for 3 seconds, but that's not necessary). It will make a direct call with full duplex - that is you can talk over each other and still hear the other person. The unit is more than sufficiently loud and the voice is quite clear - so it is very good in that aspect.The Group Call is a bit confusing that you have to continue to hold the button down to chat on it, instead of initiating a call and then later hanging up. It works well enough, but it is an annoying thing that if my other half wants to find me in the house, he has to keep holding the button down. But still, this is a minor inconvenience - just you'd think the manufacturer would follow how it did regular calls.We tested the range and we have a large house, almost 200 feet from end to end. The unit worked flawless from one side of the house to the other. So this is good.I've included the manual in the pictures because I think you can tell a lot about if you want the product or not from looking at the manual. Another plus for this manufacturer is that the manual is clearly written in good English.I'm giving this 4 stars because of the group chat small issue, but it also works so well for everything else, this borders on a 5 star review. Just moved to a 2 story 3000 square-foot home and I purchase these to make it easier when calling my children upstairs, instead of yelling, their names multiple times for them to still not hear me 🫠 These have made it easy to efficiently and effectively call them down stairs and just as easy for them to call me while I’m in the kitchen.The set up was AMAZINGLY EASY! All you do is open the box, plug it is and pick your # to assign each intercom.10/10 would buy again

Plug and play! Works as advertised, and because it is powered by USB can be used in a portable setting, such as temporary set up in a garage or workshop back to the house, between nearby campsites with no cell coverage, or catering stations to the ktchen in a rented venue. The sound is excellent quality and easy to understand, the controls (such as volume or group announcements) are simple and easy to use. Vastly exceeded expectations.For a space where a fixed speake- phone type communication device is useful between a number of stations, in many ways this is better than a walkie talkie. Once the call is connected there appears to be full duplex where both parties can speak at the same time, and no one has to push a button to talk. In addition the called unit will ring much like an old school telephone, or can be set up to answer automatically when the station is called.

Now that I have these Wireless Intercoms by SANZUCO, I know longer have to trot upstairs to inform my children it's time for a meal or it's time to go. The intercoms are ready to go right out of the box which is very nice. I do suggest reading the instructions so you get the lay of the land so to speak. The intercoms are plastic, lightweight, and feel like they're on the cheap side but I don't guess you need something heavy when there's probably only a circuit board and tiny speaker inside. I'm very impressed with the sound, everything is crisp and clear and I don't have any problems with latency. It's pretty simple to work and love how it's saving me trips from going up and down the stairs.
