What is the total height of this once it is unfolded?

It is the same “height” unfolded as it is when opened up. Easy to store when not using it.

Why I m not able to keep its arms straight and sturdy? It fall down all time

I am very pleased with my clothes dryer and I hang a lot of clothes on it at one time. It took me awhile to realize that to "open" the arms I have to grab the "arm" and pull it up, then push it in tightly. To close it, pull the arm out and let it fall down. I "stagger" the clothes when I first start hanging them so it balances the weight evenly.
