Can we crush this tablet and have with smoothies or other liquid ? I have terrible fear swallowing pills..

I am not sure of the potency but maybe don’t crush it into bits just half it and put it on top of the smoothie and swallow? I don’t know if that makes it easier for someone who has trouble.
