Amazing watch
The media could not be loaded. I love this watch. It’s built nicely so the weight and look is there. It holds time amazingly and stays accurate. The watch is self explanatory so no issues with setting it or changing the date. I would recommend this watch highly.

My favorite 42-44mm watch so far
The style fits almost any outfit. It's easy to read the time in low-light conditions. Its lume is better than most and the steel outlines on the hands, numbers, and hash marks are somewhat reflective. The Eco-Drive solar quartz makes it hassle-free. The date window is difficult to read, but I'm still giving it 5 stars because it balances comfort, looks, and usefulness so well. If I was forced to keep just one watch, this would be it even though others I have cost far more. For an 8.5" wrist, it's perfect.

Very good with some minor drawbacks
This is a terrific watch and one of the best available at the price. The style, materials, and eco-drive are excellent. The bracelet is comfortable, and the back even has the eco-drive logo, although it's shown as plain in some photos. There are two disappointments:1. The seconds hand does not line up with the marks in the dial. There is no excuse for this kind of poor quality control. The seconds hand makes precise, predictable movements and watches are hand assembled, so aligning the dial is already work that is being done. It's just done without care.2. There is no lume in the numbers. There are only four numbers on the watch, in the style of a Rolex Explorer. And the numbers are painted to look exactly as if they have lume in them so they will glow when you come from outside into a dark room. But the numbers do not glow. Only the two hands glow. It's a serious disappointment for them to fake the appearance of lume on the numbers. There are also two things the watch would greatly benefit from, perhaps if offered as a "pro" version for a bit more money.1. Use sapphire crystal. Sapphire crystal would cost $5 more and provide much better scratch protection. Mineral crystal makes no sense in an otherwise serious, well-made watch.2. Make a titanium version. Citizen makes Super Titanium watches and has done since the 1970s. They make Super Titanium watches in similar styles. But they don't make this watch in Super Titanium. The others in Super Titanium have much more cluttered watch faces and don't look as good, even though they cost more.3. Use a screw-down crown. According to the Citizen manual, the watch is rated for swimming, but the crown does not screw down. It needs a screw-down crown if taking swimming is a serious consideration.Overall, it's an excellent watch, but they cut too many corners. With minor fixes, it could be a perfect watch.
