I was a Swansons fan for a long time when it came to broth...found lately its more salty and not much chicken flavor...so I did a search for the best chicken broth...settled on this one Pacific and it was among the best rated Tried it and loved it...I usually when feeling like I'm coming down with a cold I drink this hot...it really is delicious so try it...bet you'll feel the same

Black pepper, which I like, is my nemesis in the spice world. Black pepper is an 18-24 hour migraine sitting on ready for me, as well as complete swelling of my entire body resulting in stiffness, confusion and muscle aches. FINALLY, there is a store-bought broth I can use that causes no reactions!!!!! Plus, the flavor is delicious without all the added ingredients other companies put in their broths...and that includes many well-known, organic broths. One day these companies will hopefully realize that there is a growing population of those allergic to black pepper. Some of us can consume white pepper (same plant just different stage of maturity) without those harsh reactions. So grateful for this broth!!!
