MEDCHOICE Myo-Inositol 40:1 Supplement with Folate, Vitamin D3 (Pack of 2)

I've been using this supplement for almost a month and a half and wanted to share my thoughts so far. For starters, I have PCOS and I'm 40. My chin whiskers and neck whiskers still come in but much much slower and not quite as many at a time. I pluck them and have noticed a huge difference in how often I need to do it. Major positive! I use a vaginal ring for birth control so I'm not looking to start a period, but I have notice I haven't been getting random cramps throughout the month and my mood swings are even more subdued. I do take Wellbutrin but I've been on that for 3½ months and notice a difference in my PMS mood swings beyond the antidepressants. I typically leave the birth control in and skip my period but after 2 months I get breakthrough bleeding. I haven't since I started taking this. My cravings for sweets is almost non-existent these days. I am VERY happy about that. I still enjoy them but I don't think about them or food in general since I began these Inositol supplements. I've lost about 3 pounds since I started taking them but I don't think it's because of them. My sweets intake is down but it's not like I was eating them like crazy beforehand. But I am slowly losing some weight. None of these changes have been quick or fast acting. It took a solid month before I noticed the slower whisker growth and sweets cravings subsiding. If you try these, be willing to commit for 3 months before you throw in the towel. They have been a huge help but it's not instant. Trust the process! If I have anything to add later on I will update my review. 10/10 I highly recommend these! Sept 21, 2026 update Everything mentioned above is still true. Chin hair growth is still extremely slow (loving this!). I haven't had a single drop of blood since I started them, though I did get 1 day of cramping soon after my initial review. Not nothing came of it, no spotting, no period. I just had another cycle where I didn't remove my birth control and I didn't have any chocolate cravings, though I still wanted a big steak (I always know when it's about to be that time bc I want one). Still highly recommend these!

Overall this did help my sugar levels I craved less and I didn't lose any weight I am going through menopause I am 52 and 125lbs. I already eat healthy but wanted to balance my glucose levels. This product was worth the repurchase for me. No odors no taste. I didn't notice e any hair growth or nails. The dosage is easy to take and the product quality has been consistent from order to order.

This product is a game changer. If you have pcos or pmos I recommend getting this I started taking it and feel so much better. More energy, not starving all the time , bloating 24/7 has reduced. The normal struggles with this condition are not as bad after taking these.

I have been take these for 2weeks going on 3wk ihad not had a cycle since June I was 56days late start taking these towards the end of August 4 a day and I finally started my cycle back 9/05 they work and fast now I just want to see if it regulate it

I diagnosed with PCOS about 4 years ago. I am the definition of a type b person. I am constantly forgetting to take scheduled vitamins/meds so taking a whole different bunch of vitamins was not for me. I went with this as it was most of what I needed in one. I still forget to take the full 4, but I do take 2 every night. In just 3 months, I have gotten my period consistently and on the same day for 3 months straight. And that’s with half the recommended amount! As someone who has had a period for 17 years, this is huge as I have NEVER had a consistent cycle. Mine would come once every 3-4 months, to the point I would need my OBGYN to prescribe progesterone pills to have it start. I am so relieved to have found a vitamin that works for me and will happily tell anyone about it who is willing to listen.

I was told it wouldnt not be able to get pregnant with out help. I now have 2 kids and required no medical help to conceive. I was shook to my core when I found out I was pregnant. I thought no way mistake bad test something is up. I couldnt grasp the idea that I was pregnant until almost the end of my pregnancy. I thought id never have kids. I AM NOT A DR.
