Convenience Concepts SoHo Console Table/Desk, Faux White Marble

I had low expectations for this inexpensive console table, but it looks way more luxe than the price. I was only able to get the faux marble option delivered to Hawaii, which I thought might look cheap or be damaged, but I thought worst case, I could put it in my daughter’s room as a desk. Turns out, it is a gorgeous console table, perfect for my coastal/modern house, seems sturdy and was easy to assemble. My husband, who rarely gets excited about home decor immediately commented that it looked expensive. This was a fabulous upgrade to my beach house entry!

First off, I love this console table! I had purchased the matching end table a few months ago and loved it, so it was a no brained when I bought this one. It arrived early, was *fairly easy to put together, looks great, and is not to expensive!Looks - this console table is gorgeous. I mean it looks so high end and modern and I never would have guessed it was from amazon and this cheap! 10/10!!Assembly - once you get the hang of it, it’s really not that hard to put together. But I just hate those screw locks that you have to line up just right. They’re a pain in the butt!Packaging - the package was pretty dinged up. That’s not the manufacturer/seller’s fault though. But what is is the terrible styrofoam. I know this is really not that big a deal, which is why I still give it 5 stars, but seriously? Is there not any better packaging material than styrofoam? When you open the box it gets EVERYWHERE and is so darn difficult to clean up. Sticks to everything, and makes assembly a little difficult because the little pellet pieces get stuck between the glass and panels. Overall the packaging is terrible and needs to be worked on.All in all, BUY THIS!!

I absolutely love this console table. It’s one of my favorite pieces in my house. Modern and chic, easy to clean, great size, easy to maneuver yet a quality heavy, and sturdy. Love the faux marble look and the glass legs make the product seem more expensive than it is. I would buy this again, if I had to, or gift this to someone for a housewarming gift. Love it!

I purchased the Console Table for my 94 year old mother. Upon receiving the table, I found the shipping box had been severely damaged, probably by the shipper and re-taped. My concern was that some parts were missing or damaged. Therefore, I called Customer Support and a representative immediately answered and offered to assist me. She patiently waited while I verified that all parts had arrived and were undamaged. She offered to send any parts I may find missing during assembly. It took me about 20 minutes to assemble the table. I was really impressed by how sturdy the table is. My Mom loves the appearance of the table. The quality of the product as well as the terrific customer support makes this table a five star winner.

The media could not be loaded.  I like this table because it matches my quartz countertops. The glass is beautiful, sturdy, and super classy. The only thing I don’t love is that the tabletop appears fake. Obviously I wasn’t expecting real marble or quartz for this price but I feel like the texture could have been done a bit better. Overall for the price the value is not bad. I had zero problems assembling this piece. Extremely easy.

I love everything about this desk. It was just easy to put together.

Used it as a make up vanity by adding Hollywood lights and chest of drawers on both sides bought separately as I could not find a big enough makeup vanity with drawers. It has a nice wood grain texture that is easy to wipe.

I don't like buying furniture, it always feels like navigating a minefield where so much of it is mass produced and sold under many different brands but is otherwise mostly identical and so I didn't want to spend much when I decided I needed a subtle hall table upstairs. That being said, I feel like I got a decent value for my money.This table is fairly attractive from afar, due to the fact that the bulk of it is glass it doesn't have a very demanding presence and doesn't feel like it takes much visual space in the small area where I placed it. The glass is thick enough that I don't feel like I have to baby it even during assembly. The "wood" is basically just cheap particle board with a laminate veneer and it isn't sturdy at all, in fact, the panel that gives it lateral strength along the back was cracked during shipping but the crack didn't extend to the visible front and in the end I felt like it wasn't going to majorly affect the integrity of the table and decided to keep it. On close inspection, you can tell it's all fake, but from any reasonable distance it is convincing enough. I didn't expect much given what it costs, and I feel I could have done worse.Assembly is easy enough to put together and set up alone. It mainly just consists of screwing in a small number of bolts and lifting it upright. I don't think anybody would have any issues here.Where I would improve it would be a sleeker way of attaching the glass to the "wood" as the bolts go right through the glass and the bolt heads are exposed and visible and I know that there are better hidden ways of joining glass to other materials than this. Again, though, it's a small complaint for a low cost piece of furniture. My wife commented that it looked a little too much like a "desk", and I kind of agree. On the flipside of that, I think it would actually make a good low profile desk and the surface is large enough to work on a laptop at it if anybody were to be inclined to use it this way.

Laminate marble looks and feels real and is strong. The glass is also real. The table looks sharp. No complaints. It's beautiful, and belongs in structube.

Although the glass is nice, the top part feels like styrofoam and don’t think you can place anything on it
