This is the only nasal strip that works well for my husband who has strong allergies and helps him sleep well at night. It has reduced his snoring, improving his breathing, and it's easy to use.

They stick well and do help with my snoring. The extra strong are far better but just can’t warrant paying that price for a weeks worth of strips. Easy to use, hurt like hell to remove. Breathing is far easier.

**See update at bottom about reduction as of July 2026** I’ve used these for a few years and provided you wash and dry your face before you apply them they work pretty well. I definitely breathe more easily and I feel like they generally improve my sleep. What I don’t like is that in the last 6 months they’ve been redesigned and are more uncomfortable. The strip itself if stiffer which is more uncomfortable. I also feel the adhesive has changed as I frequently get an itch under the strip which I wouldn’t get with the older design. I don’t have issues removing them in the morning but you can’t just rip them off; you have to splash warm water on the strip for a minute at least then they come off more easily. **UPDATE** Just received a new pack and the quality has plummeted. The strips are different in colour (more orange than previous beige). Two successive nights and the strip has come off while I was sleeping leaving lovely adhesive on my nose. Just useless now. Don’t buy.

It’s the best quality, easy to use with long lasting adhesive that gives me a great breathing relief all night long.

They work really well at helping reduce congestion and improving sleep, however they leave sticky glue residue on my face every morning which doesn’t come off even after cleansing twice. Unfortunately will need to try alternative, which is a shame as these stay on all night for me

Aufgrund Komplikationen nach einer Nasen-OP hat sich meine Nasenscheidewand so verzogen, dass ich ein ständiges Pfeifen auf der rechten Seite höre. Nasenspray hilft nur gering und macht leider abhängig bzw. verliert auf dauer seine Wirkung. Diese Pflaster haben mir wortwörtlich meinen Seelenfrieden zurückgegeben weil ich endlich ohne Pfeifen und schlechtes Luftkriegen schlafen kann. Sie kleben super, nur ganz selten steht in der Früh mal eine Seite etwas nach oben, was aber an meiner öligen Haut liegt. Morgens entferne ich die Pflaster mit warmem Wasser und einem Wattestäbchen. Ich trage sie jede Nacht und meine Haut verträgt sie super. Leider sind sie nicht billig, aber guter Schlaf ist für mich unbezahlbar.
