They stick well and do help with my snoring. The extra strong are far better but just can’t warrant paying that price for a weeks worth of strips. Easy to use, hurt like hell to remove. Breathing is far easier.

This is the only nasal strip that works well for my husband who has strong allergies and helps him sleep well at night. It has reduced his snoring, improving his breathing, and it's easy to use.

Bit expensive but good quality works well

These definitely help with snoring, and it’s great that they have a large size. It doesn’t completely stop snoring but helps. You have to make sure you wash your face properly in the morning otherwise the adhesive residue can cause spots. These stay on nice and help open the airways

Warning- if you are buying these after August 2026 it is NOT the same product. Breathe Right have cut their costs in every single element of the nasal strip. As you can see from my photo- it doesn't even match the packaging anymore! - The strip itself is weird, smooth and shiny, not the more robust plaster-like material. - They have downgraded the internal 'spring'- it's two extremely flimsy pieces of plastic that don't open your airways anymore. - They've even downgraded the glue- it doesn't stick and it irritated my nose skin making it way too tickly to even wear. I ended up binning the lot and going for a magnetic strip instead. More fiddly but at least it works. Breathe Right- if you're reading this- congratulations on cutting your manufacturing costs by 50% or whatever you've saved in packaging up this rubbish. However, you've lost a lifelong customer (I'm sure I won't be the only one after people try these strips) which will cost your company a heck of a lot more in the long run.

Didn't do much for my snoring. Father recommended them to me as they work wonders for him... I still snore like a tank apparently.

Work as long as skin clean and oil free

Ces bandes nasales sont excellentes ! Je les utilise depuis deux nuits et le changement est incroyable. Dès que je les mets, je respire mieux. Mon mari les utilise aussi, et nous nous réveillons plus reposés. Je dors profondément et me sens vraiment mieux. Je les recommande à 100 % !

Aufgrund Komplikationen nach einer Nasen-OP hat sich meine Nasenscheidewand so verzogen, dass ich ein ständiges Pfeifen auf der rechten Seite höre. Nasenspray hilft nur gering und macht leider abhängig bzw. verliert auf dauer seine Wirkung. Diese Pflaster haben mir wortwörtlich meinen Seelenfrieden zurückgegeben weil ich endlich ohne Pfeifen und schlechtes Luftkriegen schlafen kann. Sie kleben super, nur ganz selten steht in der Früh mal eine Seite etwas nach oben, was aber an meiner öligen Haut liegt. Morgens entferne ich die Pflaster mit warmem Wasser und einem Wattestäbchen. Ich trage sie jede Nacht und meine Haut verträgt sie super. Leider sind sie nicht billig, aber guter Schlaf ist für mich unbezahlbar.
