My New Favorite Amazfit
I absolutely LOVE this watch! It's light, sleek-looking, well-made, and super-functional! I've loved every Amazfit watch I've ever purchased, from the Bip, to the GTR, the GTR4 to the the Active square model. This one has become my new favorite! It's essentially the GTR4 with newer features, but not as much memory. My GTR 4 is my go-to hiking watch because I can store larger maps on it; but for everyday use, the Active 2 is great and beats out the GTR 4 in many ways! I love the better sensors, especially for sleep-tracking, heartrate, and temperature. But this watch has improved the overall health metrics, so it helps me keep better track of things. The GPS is very accurate, the workouts enough for me (though they need to add some for cutting the grass and raking leaves! ). There are a lot of decent free watch faces to choose, and some really nice ones if you want to spend a little. I tend to go with the more modern digital look, although there are some great minimalist analog watch faces that look elegant as well. I didn't think I would like the band with all the holes, but it does help keep my wrist cooler during workouts. And I can always swap out the band. So many people have complimented on the look of the watch, and they are impressed with the features and battery life. I get about 10-12 days with regular use and a few GPS outdoor bike workouts during the week. People are also impressed at the Red Cross when I check in for platelet donations using the membership cards feature. I think people just can't believe this nice-looking watch can do so much....navigation, workouts, weather, music player, alarms, stopwatch, compass and barometer, blood oxygen, one-tap measuring of vitals, the more accurate sleep features...and on and on! I may have to give away my Active square watch, just because it's hard to take the Active 2 off (I love the square watch too...super light and almost the same features as this one!)! Anyway, for around $84 (probably less these days) you can't beat this. I know they've come out with newer models, but for general use, this can't be beat! I highly recommend it. Peace!

Very good option if you are looking for a smart watch, with features
I'm pleasantly surprised at this watch and its capabilities. I send back another smart watch, and for the $10 extra it was a major gain in what you get for the money, very good value Pro's 1. The Zepp app is really nice and has a lot of information 2. A lot of features, more than I need 3. The synching to my IPhone was a breeze and it appears after 2 weeks to be consistent, I have had other that were hit and miss if it connected or not 4. The watch looks nice 5. I'm not a fan of rubber straps, but like this one. 6. The watch is easy and bright to read 7. Get a good 7-10 days battery life, don't have to charge to often 8. GPS tracking on map when sensing you run or walk 9. Sleep tracking seems to be fairly good and nice interface showing results 10. Notification vibrations are strong, so you don't easily miss it. You cannot adjust the level Con's 1. Zepp app has a lot, but many times a pain to find what you want 2. Sometimes says I'm exercising, but I'm driving. 3. Finding your watch from the App, it buzz and don't use the speaker, sound a no brainer to use the speaker as well 4. The AI bot only helps with phone features and not sending it to answer simple questions I don't know how accurate it is on step counts, so will not comment on that. Not really using this for fitness tracking, so cannot comment on al the features in this category. So all an all I'm very happy, think some of the con's can be easily fixed with a software update

Fantastic watch!
I can't say enough good about this watch! It was replacing a Samsung watch that had to be charged daily. This thing averages about 5 days on a charge which is wonderful. It's extremely easy to use. I love all the apps that come with it. It appears to be quite accurate, especially when it comes to heart rate and sleep monitoring. I would consider buying another one. I did accidentally scratch the face so I would get the harder lens face next time. Dollar for dollar. This is the best watch you can buy.

Good Value
The Good: I have worn this watch for 2 months now. I find it to have good accuracy with GPS compared to my Samsung phone. The sleep function seems accurate but I have no real way to verify it. At least it doesn't give me crazy durations or fail to log sleep like some other watches I have used. The step counter is accurate. The O2 and heartbeat are accurate when compared to my pulse oximeter. It has a lot of built-in features and the app is better than most I have used with a large number of dial faces available. I have all functions enabled and consistently get 6 - 7 days of battery life depending on the amount of time with GPS in use. The Not so Good: One nice feature is the AI coupled Zepp Flow that allows you to give voice commands like "set a 5 min. timer" or ask questions about the weather etc. Unfortunately, a firmware update some days ago has broken this feature and it no longer works. Also, the AI feature monitors your steps and decides to begin a workout. It cannot be disabled (as far as I know). It does give you a warning via vibration but this is too weak for me to detect sometimes (I have it on max vibe) so I fail to deactivate it in time. I really have no use for this feature and it annoys me. Additionally, the morning updates that appear every day are repetitive and basically useless and they also cannot be disabled. For instance " ... it seem you woke up several times last night ..." ok thanks I'll stop doing that. Conclusion: I got this watch on Prime Day with $20 off - the price was $80 and I would say it is a good value. It is thin and good looking and has a good band. While I don't give 5 stars on products unless there are no issues, I can recommend this one.

An Excellent Smartwatch, far above and beyond!
This smartwatch has far exceeded my expectations. I'm coming from a Xiaomi Watch Band 7 (Mi Band 7) and was going to upgrade to the recently released Smart Band 10, but saw that the release price was $73 bucks. I then saw the Amazfit Active 2 on sale for $75. For that price, this was a no brainier. The Mi Bands are more fitness trackers than smart watches. Their functionality is very limited, compared to Amazfit's offerings. On Android, I can actually respond (through typing or voice) to messages. There are apps you can install, to increase functionality, like the Pill Reminder (reminder to take your supplements or medication), water intake reminder, task/to-do list maker, etc. It syncs fully with the phone calendar and offers tons more features and functionality that you won't get in any fitness band/tracker. This is a real smartwatch. It's not WearOS, but Zepp OS is no slouch. This thing truly performs. It's responsive and quick, and most of all, it's battery efficient. Where you'd only get 2 days tops on most Wear OS devices, you can get upwards of 5 days, even up to 7 if you disable a few things. Sleep tracking seems to be very accurate and my HR measurements have been pretty accurate, along with my step count. How do I know this? Because I physically check my pulse myself, with my fingers, and count. Same for my stops; I test every fitness tracker or smart watch by simply walking and counting my steps. I do this for a few hundred meters over the course of a few days - if the measurement is close or precise to what I've counted, then that's literally the best gauge of accuracy. One thing I absolutely love about this watch is the sheer number of watch faces available, many of them free. Yesterday I spent about an hour browsing watch faces, making favourites and trying many out, and I still didn't reach the bottom of the list. Watches faces galore! The watches faces range from bland, to clean and exciting and downright classic, cool or gorgeous. An overall great and varied selection. I can go on and on about this watch, but I don't have the time. I'll simply run through some things, in list form. Speaker Quality - Decent, clear gets loud enough Screen Quality - Bright, vivid sharp with a responsive auto brightness feature. Can see in direct sunlight with no issues. Features - Tons. Make sure to deep dive into all the settings (on the watch and from the app) to set this up for your specific needs and see all the features available to you. App - The Zepp app gets deep and granular for health metrics and is quite intuitive. There's room for improvement, but overall it has been a great, easy experience. There's even an easy-to-find User Feedback section in the app to suggest ideas for the Amazfit/Zepp team. One thing to note is, while this watch is rated at 5ATM, I always err on the side of caution where it concerns my tech and water. Whether it's this watch or another, I've found that water and these electronics don't mix. It's only a matter of time before a little water gets somewhere, and starts causing problems (either with the battery or the screen). This isn't something unique to this watch, it's with electronics in general. So, although it can handle swimming just fine, I don't get my smartwatches or phones wet, at all, regardless of the water resistance rating they have. I've heard and personally experienced too many horror stories with water and electronics, and while this watch is very affordable, a damaged device is still an expense and down-time. All in all, this watch and Amazfit have exceeded my expectations. I unhesitatingly recommend it!

Complete, practical, and highly functional.
I really liked it. It is a comfortable and lightweight smartwatch with many useful features for daily life. You can make and answer calls directly from the watch, as well as easily receive and view messages. It also features activity tracking, step counting, heart rate monitoring, and other health functions. The battery lasts quite a while, and the screen is clear. Overall, it is a very comprehensive watch for the price perfect for staying connected without having to keep your phone in your hand all the time.

Love it!
I've waited about 3 months to write this review. And I must say I love this watch! You can't beat the price compared to other name brand watches. It does all that I need and more. To me it is comparable to the name brand watches, it does pretty much all that they do. I find that the sleep tracker is pretty accurate, even when I am taking a nap it records it as sleep. I haven't had any issues with it so far. But I also use it for minimal day to day usage. I'm not hard core into working out so I don't need it to track that for me. It is capable if tracking with GPS if it's connected to your phone if that's something you're needing. It does not smart track your workout like other name brand watches do, BUT you can track it for yourself manually and it will track from there. The screen quality is great, you can answer/decline calls from it but not use it for voice chat. You cannot connect to Spotify to control music, which is a downer for me but I'll live. The design is very sleek and it is super light weight. The amount of watch faces that are in their app was surprisingly alot and they were of good quality as well. I would buy again in the future if I ever need to, but I don't see myself needing to replace this anytime soon.

Great watch BUT..
Great watch BUT... Had a devil of a time getting it paired. Followed directions I found and reset Bluetooth on my phone. Had to re-pair my Garmin Fenix 7 pro ( bought Amazfit Active 2 as a backup) but not a big deal. End of story, the watch finally paired and I'm ASTOUNDED by the features. If I HAD TO think of a negative, a single band GPS is a bit lacking ( especially being accustomed to my multiband GPS on my Garmin) but that's a small price to pay for a great watch at a fraction of the price of my Garmin. The display is bright, the morning report design well rivals my Garmin and it's reasonably easy to use. ( Gentle hint, learn to make use of the touchscreen over and against the buttons). UPDATE: I cannot stress enough: Amazfit gives you lots of bang for your buck. Active 2'has more on it than a comparable Garmin Forerunner. However, haven't figured out why yet; but it WILL randomly unpair from your phone and it's aggravating getting it re-paired. Update: If you want a great watch for a third of the price of a Garmin, go for it. If you don't prioritize pinpoint accuracy, go for it. Active 2 keeps up with my Garmin Fenix 7 pro on heart rate and GPS within a few points. Step count and pacing can be wonky; but if you want a watch with premium features without a premium price. Go for it. I love playing Star Trek making and answering calls from my watch. Just know if your phone or watch loses power for any length of time, re-pairing can be tedious; especially if you have multiple devices paired. Lastly, for the love of all that's holy, I HATE the magnetic charger cap business. While I admire the eco friendly, use your own cord approach Amazfit uses, getting the stupid magnetic charger cap to stay in place is a royal pain. ( which, frankly would deter me from investing in a pricier Amazfit; but that's personal opinion)

Title: Lightweight, Extremely Accurate, and Outstanding Battery Life
Lightweight, Extremely Accurate, and Outstanding Battery Life After using the Amazfit Active 2 (44mm) for a full year, I can confidently say this smartwatch delivers exceptional value. The first thing I noticed is how lightweight the watch feels on the wrist. It is comfortable for all-day wear, including sleep tracking. Battery performance is one of its biggest strengths. Even with sleep tracking turned on, I charge the watch only twice a month. In one full year of usage, I have used my 4× charger cycle in a single month, which shows how efficient the battery truly is. In terms of accuracy, the watch performs exceptionally well. I have compared the readings many times with other brands and devices, and the results are equally accurate and consistent. The Zepp app is another major advantage. It provides reliable syncing, clear reports, and strong customization options. The support for custom open-source mini-apps made by developers is extremely useful, especially small apps for exercise, notifications, and utility functions. Overall, this smartwatch stands out because of its light weight, long battery life, high accuracy, and excellent app ecosystem. A solid, dependable product that has impressed me throughout the year.

Ottimo
Punti forti 1.
