Amazing! Fresh, great flavor. I used it to flavor and color frosting for a cake.

This is perfect for baking! I am a home baker and bought it to make dye-free pink buttercream. It had a great flavor, smell, and turned out to be the perfect color. I only used a few table spoons of powder for enough frosting for 2 dozen cupcakes. It will last awhile and is more cost effective than using fresh strawberries. The bag will last quite awhile, but I will repurchase when I run out!

Nice strawberry flavor and pink color. Quick delivery. I used this in the buttercream icing fora strawberry lemon cake and everyone loved it. No other color or flavoring was used. See picture of final product.

This is actually really VERY good stuff! I used it like powdered sugar on some Strawberry white chocolate waffles. Yummy! It has a strange scent at first. As for value for money, I've nver bought it before so expected topay a pretty penny for it. It will work for what I intended it for, doing fatbombs and rolling them in it. The texture is more grainy than powdered sugar, yet it acts like powdered sugar. It's great for dusting! So I haven't yet used it for anything else yet. I have high hopes for it.

This stuff is frickin' awesome. Made strawberry icing for birthday cakes, strawberry pancakes for the nephews. Very flavorful and easy to bake with.
