I can honestly say that after drinking this consistently, my hair grows faster and so does do my nails. As for skin, I did change products on my face so I’m not sure what it was but I definitely saw a change in that too. I drank it out the packet and I thought it was good.

There are better brands and at better cost
Maybe it works but it’s too expensive. Do a little read watch and get much better quality and other brands for half the price. Like vital proteins professional skin hydration.thats what I use instead. Or designs for health collagen and peptides. Soo much better

Mixes well
finished my 1st box ...see a change in nails...2nd box on the way...it's a bit pricey...if it works it'll be worth it.....I'm going to give it 3 months( 4 boxes) the taste is strong but I've tasted worse
