Why? It’s COLD BREW not hot coffee. The cold brewing process is what makes the coffee taste smooth and less bitter. We’ve not tried using hot nor warm water. Good luck.

Q: Can this be used with a cold brew machine?

I don’t believe so. These you put 2 large pouches in a large pitcher of water and just let them steep in the fridge over night. Great coffee!!!!

I would only use as the directions specify but you could always try and if not, just pass it on to someone else who enjoys cold brew coffee.
