This chair saves my knees, legs, and back while I sit to cook, bake, wash dishes, even mop the floor. It quickly and easily adjusts from table to countertop working heights. The padding is comfortable; I can sit to work for several hours before taking a break. The wheels roll easily and the chair is balanced well, so I don't tip over while sitting or rolling. I have been using it for nine months, and it still looks and performs as well as the first day I used it. There was minimal assembly, yet the chair is completely stable and durable. I am very happy I bought it, and highly recommend it to others.

I love this chair! I’m a LMT and needed a new chair for my massage practice. Before my office opened my kids loved this chair too, lol. At first I thought they would break it, but they did not. 😂. So it tolerated a 3 year old and a 6 year old constantly pushing it up and down, rolling it around and banging it into things, and constantly wiping it down from their nasty hands.It’s in my office and still moves perfectly with no noises.Now how is it when treating? Super quite and really comfortable. I am really happy I made this purchase. I would absolutely recommend this chair!!!!

This arrived in 2 days, and I put it together in about 3 minutes. The wheels were already attached to the base, and it came with an extra wheel for just in case... The chair is easily adjustable in height, and is VERY comfy. I have 4 Standard Poodles that I groom myself, and this will seriously make it a lot easier and comfortable for me to clip their paws, etc, when they're standing on their grooming table. I'm so happy I bought this chair. I wish I had bought it a few years ago! Very good quality, highly recommend!

Third purchase. First on Jun 3, 2022. to arms on the base failed immediately, replace right away in 10 days lasted 18 months after one arm one base failed. Better. Second on Jan 31, 2023. Lasted only 8 months. Hydraulic post failed. Stool lifts but will not hold in lowered position. Third purchase on Sept 2, 2024. bought the extended warranty, will see how it goes. I weigh 310 lb, well under the 350-400 lbs rating. My last purchase unless stool made sturdier. Love the stool, would pay a few $ more for better quality.

Bought this because I have Rheumatoid arthritis and I needed something sturdy and comfortable that was on wheels to work around my kitchen. When we unpacked the box a piece was missing. I emailed the company a picture of what I received and they had the part here via DHL within a few days FROM HONG KONG! I was shocked at how fast it got here. It's a very thick, sturdy, comfortable seat. The pneumatics work great. Excellent seat.

I bought a saddle stool from this company about a year ago and wanted another to match. The bases look the same but the new stool cushion is not curved like a saddle like the original one I purchased. The new cushion is more flat and bulky. Because it is so flat it is very uncomfortable to sit on like a saddle, almost impossible. The cover material is different as well and has more of a texture to it.I'm sad to have to return this because I really wanted them to match.

I deducted a point for Comfort. It was easy to assemble and seems to have good durability though I cannot evaluate that until years from now. I don't agree with some reviewers here that they're very comfortable to sit on for a long time, but it's okay if you shift your position a little back and forth on the saddle now and then to shift the pressure points. For my taste, it could've had thicker padding. I also wished that the rolling wasn't as noisy as it is since I'm using it in a noise-sensitive facility.

I do woodworking in my garage and sometimes you want to sit while you do some delicate work. Mechanics stools are just too low for work at bench height, but this Grace & Grace Saddle Stool is just perfect. It is very stable and you can raise it up very high which is just perfect for benchtop work.It's almost too nice for the garage and I had it at the office for a few days, and found it very good for desk work before I moved it back to my garage/man cave.Paul
