You might need help getting it out of the shipping carton. Otherwise it is great.
Love it, once we were able to get it off the shipping frame. You will need one or two men to lift it . It won't "drive" itself off. Had to get my mower man to help me. It Has alot of get up and go. My husband needed a heavy duty one, and he feels very comfortable on it. We will now be able to do things out and about again. Don't expect zero turn, it is a "big" vehicle, but i think for it's size, it is great. I would have given it a six, if I hadn't struggled so much with the unpack. It just sat in the garage with no way to move it. At least it shipped great. Lol

Full featured. Powerful. Very reliable. Price point
I've had this scooter for about two months and used it on several day trips. The scooter comes well equipped and is easily assembled/disassembled. It is heavy, even disassembled. ( the battery itself must be 30 lbs. and the frame double that. I am 70 and I can just barely manage the weight in and out of the car) I got the extended range battery and it has never gotten below 50%. The longest was a six hour Zoo trip I don't know if I really needed the 'extended range'. (I've charged it about a half dozen times overnight with no problems but I can't say how long it takes to recharge). It just barely fits into my Hyundai Kona's trunk (its exactly 48" long, exactly the size of the trunk). It easily fits into a 'family' van. The scooter is built like a tank, heavy-duty metalwork and strong welds (but it is 'squeaky'). It comes with front and rear baskets and armrests (which I really don't need) I weigh 280 lbs. and the speed is excellent ( I usually have it set for about 1/3 speed). I'm 5;7" and I ride in it comfortably. Going up even relatively steep hills is no problem and gets around grassy ball fields is no problem (but as to be expected, very bumpy). Caution going up/down 'slanted' hills it can tilt, especially if going too fast which you can do with this scooter.

Worth every penny get this scooter..
I received this about a month ago and it is the best scooter I have ever used, the range is excellent I traveled almost 10 miles and still had a full battery it's comfortable and the seat adjust easily, I would recommend this for anyone looking for a mobility scooter. I've gotten a lot of compliments and and the Bluetooth works great. It is compact enough to fit into my Mobility van which makes it easy for me to use this when I go shopping or to the park or just out walking my dogs. The speed is fully adjustable and I love the fact that it will go slow if I needed to or fast if I need it to. The company contacted me multiple times to check on my satisfaction and that gives me a great feeling about this company and their products.update.... scooter still going strong but still the turning radius is not very good the charger doesnt work very well when u go to charge it.it still shows red but it does charge it does take awhile to charge it fully...ive has this scooter for almost a yr. And its ok my blinkers dont work anymore and I dont know why I dont use the scooter to much so I dont know..anyway all in all its ok I think they should bring the price down

Easy to assemble
Scooter was 10 minutes to unpack and assemble. There is a small black plastic housing up.in the front that is literally impossible to get screwed together I wound up electrical taping it together. It's an extremely poor design. Put battery on charger immediately and took about 6 more hours to come to Green Light on charger. Ran scooter for about 1 hour on first charge ...somewhere around 3 miles. Didn't seem to put much of a dent in the battery but instructions said to do this and then I've put battery back on charger. Scooter has solid wheels and no suspension so it's a pretty bumpy ride. It's shorter than the rental scooters at Disneyland but faster by about a half mile per hour. It struggled a little going up gentle slopes but I'm 230 lbs and it did climb the hills. Don't know how it would handle a 300lb person. Like I said it short so it has a pretty sharp turning radius. Starts out gradually but comes to full speed quickly. Reverse worked good too. Head light is great. I'm still in the process of breaking in battery to get it to 100% charged capacity. That takes a few uses and recharges to do. All in all I'm pleased with this $750 Scooter. Seems Like it'll handle a day at Disney or Knotts just fine while my broken foot is healing.

Perfect little scooter
I love this scooter. Disassembled, my husband can lift it into my SUV on his own. It’s probably 50 lbs without battery and seat. It folds down to fit into an SUV. The seat is comfortable and the two baskets are a plus! It charges quickly and maintains the charge. My only complaint is the turning radius-I hought this for Walt Disney World trips and I find myself doing 3-point turns at each turn in a line. Otherwise, it works great!

Charging time and turning radius
Before use, the charger was plugged in for 16 hours..recommended time is 14 minimum. The geen light never came on indicating full charge. The turning radius is long..requires backing up several times. There is no trouble shooting guide in the owners Manuel. The scooter was easy to assemble, but weights 97 pounds which makes it difficult to lift into the trunk for transporting. I will recharge according to directions and see if the green light will come on indicating a full charge. If not, the battery may be defective. I will update my review after a few days use. EDIT: turning radius is approximately 12 feet. Impossible to turn around in a store isle without backing up several times. The ride is bumpy on pavement and forward motion on slow speed is jerkey, which is frightening. UPDATE: After recharging 4 times per instructions, the battery indicator says full charge and green light came on. The tiller vibrated loose while riding on pavement, but I was able to readjust to get home. The only serious complaint I have is turning radius which is VERY annoying to have to back up several times. UPDATE : The tiller vibrated loose twice today, both turning radius and tiller issue need to be addressed. I will not recommend at this point. The loose tiller is very dangerous when traveling .

Cruising on my new scooter
I’ve had my new Mobi Scooter for about two months. It has worked seamlessly. The scooter is very comfortable. It is very stable and drives great — on flat ground it is fantastic and it goes up and down hills easily, and always stops right when I let off on the ‘go’ handle. I have yet to drain the battery anywhere close to low charge, even though I have taken it out on several fairly long rides (for me that’s about an hour). It is easy to take apart to put it into the rear hatchback my Subaru Outback, where it fits great with room to spare. I always remove the battery before I move it, it’s a lot lighter and easier to lift that way. The only other things are that I wish the handle on the front of the scooter was as big as the handle on the back, which would make lifting it into and out of the car or up the steps and into the house easier. And it’s also a little tricky to pull the post that is under the seat from its tube on the scooter when removing the seat. But these are very minor things. It is definitely a solid and well built machine, and I expect to get quite a few years of regular use out of it. Great purchase for me.

MOTORIZED SCOOTER
I recently purchased a 30-mile motorized scooter for my husband, who is unable to walk, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the product and the entire experience. The scooter has truly been life-changing, offering him the freedom and mobility he hadn’t had in a long time. The range of 30 miles is perfect for our needs, and the scooter is both sturdy and comfortable to use. What really stood out, however, was the customer support. From the moment I reached out with questions to the delivery process, the company has been incredibly responsive and helpful. They made sure everything was set up properly, and they were quick to assist with any concerns. It’s rare to encounter such excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate how they went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Overall, I highly recommend this scooter to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient mobility solution, and I’m grateful for the support from the company in making this such a positive experience.
