Really nice display, nice to have the digital BLF keys as well. Works well and is easy to setup with 3CX. Have deployed many of these handsets with not issues.

Impossible to set up. Comes with no I straight instructions. Everything had to be looked up or trouble shot. I.T. guts couldn't do it and were burning my money on t&m

We have always used SNOM D765s but they are discontinued. This phone is even better as it no longer requires labels for your speed dial contacts and they are set using the webserver built in. WAY faster commissioning for the new employees. Works with most all voip providers.

I bought this phone because I wanted a big screen to easily see who is on the phone and who is calling me, as well as speakerphone that can sit on my desk for speaker calls. First off, the speakerphone is so bad on this that you might as well sit your iPhone on your desk and use that instead. I bought the best Snom available and the speaker sounds like a $49 cordless phone. Then the display is huge, but almost none of it is even used. It shows your name in the corner and the rest is just white. If someone calls you, it shows who you are talking to just small in the middle. No one uses IP phones anymore since everyone now uses Microsoft Teams or other softphone type applications, and you can really tell that these manufacturers have just given up on making new phones or phones with features as this phone was such bad quality that I ended up returning it for a full refund. To pay this much money for a refurbished phone just isn't worth it, especially when it's listed as new.
