The product was excellent! It immediately started working since day one, just make sure to follow the instructions and don't leave it for long time. i have to confess, my skin is normally sensitive, i cannot use all products, but once i tried this one, i couldn't go back anymore. I normally apply it in back, where i used to have acne, and not just removed it, but also helps fade dark spots and leaves the skin smooth.

Don’t let the “unaesthetic” brand & packaging fool you— there is nothing better for acne than this face wash. I have been repurchased this face wash for almost 10 years now. I use it morning & night for acne & use it daily on my armpits for a detox. I have combination skin, so this knocks out my greasy areas & acne, & then I just go in with a heavy duty moisturizer, barrier serum & milky toner after for my dry areas. (Side note: I used Accutane as a 16 year old for cystic back acne & a face full of tiny white zits, & this has allowed me to maintain acne free skin almost 10 years later without getting a prescription ointment.) As for consistency & smell: It’s a white cream that doesn’t foam, & a little goes a long way. One bottle last a RIDICULOUSLY long time, unlike most “viral” face washes that last a month. It doesn’t have any added fragrance, but still smells very clean (almost like a light chlorine, which I personally love). As for cost: It’s also priced at an EXTREMELY low cost, with Walmarts great value version only being $0.50 less expensive for a more grainy & chemically smelling wash. !!!!!!!ADDED WARNING!!!!!: this is a 10% benzoyl peroxide cream, which is REALLY strong. You absolutely need to ease your way into using it so you don’t give yourself a chemical burn, every other day to start AT LEAST, & beware of how long you leave it on your skin. I know people with severe cystic acne that will leave it on for minutes before washing it off, but I leave it on for 15 seconds MAX or else my face gets irritated. Beware of sun exposure, & be sure to research if it interacts with other skincare products you’re currently using!

I have very oily, acne-prone skin and this cleanser helped reduce breakouts faster than many other products I’ve tried. The 10% benzoyl peroxide is strong, so I recommend starting slowly and using a good moisturizer after. It creates a deep clean feeling and helped control excess oil, but it can be drying if you use it too often. I use it mostly at night and let it sit on my skin for about 30–60 seconds before rinsing. If your skin is sensitive, start a few times per week. Overall, it’s very effective for stubborn acne and worth trying if you have oily skin.

I’ve repurchased this acne foaming wash a few times. The ingredients are good, it is Yuka approved, and it’s very affordable. The texture is thick and it’s a white foaming wash. It comes in 5.5 oz, which is a good volume. I usually leave it on for 1–2 minutes before rinsing. It worked—it helped with acne on my face, back, and chest, but I think it depends on your skin type. I find that the soap from the same brand clears my acne better and feels cleaner to use, so I’ll switch to that. Overall, the quality of this foam wash is good. Overall: Effective, reliable, and affordable.

Clears any acne quick! I've always come back to this product when I'm having bad skin- clears everything up and is very gentle. It does dry out your skin a bit but if you apply moisturizer following use your skin will be normal.

In 2020 - 21, I had the worst acne ever. As in my face was covered with it and it seems like it would never stop and the dark pigmentations were not leaving. At 2022, I started using the product and it has cleared my skin and the acne scars over time! Something to keep in mind is that it can definitely bleach your clothes, towels, or even pillow casings if you don’t wash all the product off. This can also be irritating for dryer skins and even during winter times, so make sure to definitely moisturize everytime you use it to prevent dryness. This is my go-to face wash and I will continue to purchase it! Keeps my acne off and keeps my skin looking clearer than before!
