Excellent Antenna - 50 miles from broadcast tower!
I live 50 miles North of the TV transmission towers in Houston, Texas. I was very skeptical of the range of this antenna. I mounted this antenna to my satellite dish mount on the roof that is no longer being used for TV and pointed it toward the towers using my phone and Google maps. I used the existing dish wiring running into the house. After installing the antenna and running a channel scan on a TV, I received all of the Houston networks clearly except for ABC 13. I then purchased a Tablo DVR. Once I connected the Tablo box that has a internal 10db amp, I received all the channels without any interference. The DVR works great and I am saving $85 per month on streaming!! I 100% recommend this antenna along with a Tablo! Please note: This antenna is directional and must be pointed toward the broadcast towers to receive a signal!!

WOW!! Works much better then I expected
All I can say is WOW!! For reference. I have a 35 foot tower with a big Channel Master 4228 pointed at the USA, and a Channel Master 4221 pointed at downtown Montreal and I pull in everything there is to get by OTA. A total of 36 Channels. And that setup cost me $1600 back in 2009. I put this little $29 antenna up at my MIL house 6 blocks away and it pulled in 31 channels. My big setup only gets 5 extra channels, (4 channels from FOX and CityTv from Montreal). This antenna is worth every penny, and then some. I just hope it will survive a Canadian winter. Yes I highly recommend. It looks cheap, but it works great.

Not really ideal
The antenna did not pick up all the free to air channels, missing channel 7, 7 plus, 7 mate, 7 bravo, and all the SBS channels. I retuned the TV many times, adjusted the position of the antenna, still not picking up those channels.

Good purchase!
Works well. I ordered a booster for it to pull in one channel that I could not grab. I am very pleased with its small size as I mounted it to my apartment balcony and didn't want it to look like a UFO. If you are 100 km from the signal. Grab a cheap booster. I am now getting channels from Toledo and Detroit.
