Nice product delivery was good installation agent was really nice helped me move stuffs and guided through the product value for money installed the filter told how the filtration works water water pressure was low fixed that and battery life was great

Delivery and installation
Ordered M1 purifier on 8th August and expected delivery on 10th August. I received this on 13 August after multiple complaints and contact to customer care. Installation was to be done on 14 august but executive said there is some water pressure problem you have to pay Rs1250 for pressure kit. He said he need to order it first on my address then the installation will resume. Then again it got delayed by 3 days. After much delay it got installed on 17 August.It was really frustrating experience. Not going to order anything from UC again. Product review: size is quite big for my kitchen otherwise it's good. Water taste is nice. Filtration speed is superb. Even though tds in my area is really good 113 only, output is 65. Good purchase but delivery and installation was exhausting.

Changed all five major components free of cost in warranty
Initially, I had a very disappointing experience with the after-sales service. Even though the RO was under warranty, it took too long to get a technician assigned, so I posted a negative review. After that, the company responded promptly and resolved my issue. They replaced all the required filters under warranty at no cost, and the RO is now working properly. I appreciate that they eventually stood behind their product and honored the warranty. I hope they improve their response time in the future so customers don't have to struggle to get service. Overall, I'm updating my review because the issue has been resolved satisfactorily.
