The WiFi connection and Bluetooth connection stopped working in less than a month. I paid for the warranty but still couldn’t get any help from Amazon or Philips.

Ürün çok iyi ve hızlı ısıtıyor.Mobil olarak kullanımıda bence çok başarılı.Sadece aşırı sessiz olduğu söyleniyordu sürekli bence birçok iyi marka bundan daha sessiz bir cihaz.Sesini duymak mümkün değil vb söyleyenler muhtemelen daha iyi cihaz kullanmayanlar.Ancak sesi normal fanlı ısıtıcılar göz önüne alındığında kesinlikle çok daha az ses çıkarıyor.Anında hızlı ısıtma sağlayan,görsel kalitesi oldukça başarılı bir ürün.Heleki 3-4 bin tl aralığında düşünüldüğünde bu fiyata alınabilecek bence en iyi cihazların ilk sırasında yer alır.İlk çalıştırmada hafif bir koku yapıyor ancak bunun genelde bu tür cihazlarda ilk kullanımda ortaya çıkması normal.Eğer bir koku sorunu yaşarsam yorumuma bununla ilgili bir not düşerim çünkü alacakları yanıltmak istemem.Ben çok memnun kaldım,ısıtma performansı bence çok çok iyi.Ben kapalı balkonda kullanmak için aldım ve bana fazlası ile yeterli geldi (7-8 m2).Ama ısıtma performansından anladığım kadarı ile 20-25 m2 alanıda çok rahat ısıtacaktır.
