Very good product. Loved it. The two power mode is excellent. I would be more happy if they provide removable non-stick and steel containers in a single kettle. That would be perfect. But currently I am using non-stick version and it is also very awesome product.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the Instacuppa non-stick electric kettle that I purchased on Friday. Shockingly, the product has developed serious issues during just the second usage. The black non-stick coating of the pot has already started deteriorating, with the black layer appearing to leak a blackish liquid. Additionally, the steel steamer tray was heavily scratched right from the time of delivery. While I initially chose to overlook the scratches and proceeded to use the product, I certainly did not expect the non-stick coating to deteriorate so severely after only two uses. This is an extremely poor experience and raises serious concerns about the quality and durability of the product. A product showing such significant wear and tear within the second usage is completely unacceptable. I have images documenting the condition of the product, including the scratches and the deterioration of the coating. Since the product is well within the warranty period, I expect the team to address this grievance promptly and arrange for a replacement of the defective product. I am highly disappointed with my experience with Instacuppa and hope this issue is resolved at the earliest.

Quality not good

Good product , heats well n has heat level regulator , the nonstick covering is good ; I wish the electric plug that goes into the kettle was a little more firm ! Overall a handy good cook pot / kettle
