It contained artificial sweeteners, flavors, and thickeners. These additives not only affect taste but can also have potential health implications1. Digestive Distress: After consuming this powder, I experienced bloating and discomfort. It turns out that it contained lactose (from milk-based protein), which didn’t sit well with my digestive system Unpleasant Taste and Texture: The flavor was lackluster, and the texture was gritty. It felt like I was drinking a chalky concoction. No one wants to struggle through their protein shake! Quality Control Issues: The lack of third-party testing and quality control raised concerns. It is an average Whey protein it would say. Not excellent and not too bad. If you are looking for a protein and you have less money to invest you can go for it. I am using this protein for 2 years, I got the results but we have a lot of better supplements in the market as compared to Big muscles gold whey. It tastes really well. It maintains your enery level through out your workout and if I compare the price with the results, value for money i can say.
