these are wonderful for migraine sufferers

I’m so disappointed with this one..Works somewhat as described and has a great weight to it, but it bunches up. All the filling runs to the bottom of it, and you have to keep adjusting it. It does get hot and if the filling stayed in place it would be perfect in that aspect. I was particularly looking forward to the minty smell, seeing as the main scent option for the majority of these is lavender. The smell is initially smooth and minty. After a few minutes it starts smelling really musty, like a basement..to the point that I couldn’t keep it on me for long enough to be effective and just gets worse every time you use it..

Works OK does not stay warm for long. I would not put it in the microwave any longer than one minute and 15 seconds because you will burn the pieces inside. I do like that it is long enough and it can wrap around your neck.
