I take this alongside about 4-5 other supplements but I do think its addition does help with cognitive function, just do a lot of research on it and you'll be fine. Also as per usual Nutricost is amazing for supplements due to how inexpensive they are compared to competitors. Simple ingredients, and as I said earlier its effective for focus and making new memories.

Taking this for focus and energy and hoping that it will help with both. Have only taken it for a few days so far, so haven't noticed any benefit yet. There have been no negative side effects though and the ills are easy to swallow. There is no bad odor or taste. The bottle arrived quickly and was packaged and sealed well. Recommend.

I love trying supplements to see what I can add to my regimen long-term so I wanted to try this as it's supposed to help your brain. My granny had dementia so anything that my brain can benefit from I want want to give a try. The 2 capsules you're supposed to take as a serving are easy to swallow and I didn't get any off flavor, smell or aftertaste from them thankfully (some supplements give me weird burps, ironically haven't had it with fish oils). Will have to see how it works over time!

This Nutricost Uridine has made positive changes in my overall wellbeing and headspace. I plan to continue using it as long as it continues to be a such a great supplement for me. I recommend that you look up some the benefits since I'm not allowed to say what all it does or has done for me. But I know much of the claims have already been apparent in me after using it. I will continue to keep this supplement in stock.
