Weber SPIRIT 3-Burner Grill EP-325 Liquid Propane Black

Dude this thing is freaking awesome man. Assembly was a breeze, and the build itself feels solid. It definitely feels quality for the price, and performs just as well. I ran it straight out of the box and it easily reached above 700 degrees. Granted I live in an area at sea level. The two boost burners can also get crazy hot and you definitely can get a great sear on any piece of meat. There’s also enough room to cook indirectly low and slow as well. Overall, I really don’t think there’s a better value grill at this price point. Great purchase!

After extensive research prior to purchase we chose the EP-425. We are LOVING our new grill. I felt we did not need the extra burner which is why I opted for the 425 vs the 435. I was EXTREMELY hesitant at the idea of having to self assemble but was shocked at how easy it was! My husband and I worked as a team and got it assembled in about an hour. Works perfectly, looks sleek, and feels well built. The wheels are an added bonus that make movement and storage so much easier. As a first time grilled we started ambitious with a whole chicken and it came out so tender and juicy! Size looks great and the second night I did two pounds of beef fajita meat and two large corn on the cobs with lots of room to spare.

This review is for the Weber SPIRIT 3-Burner Grill EP-325 Liquid Propane grill. I have been a Weber fan for years. I used a 22” charcoal grill for years. The results were always amazing, I just didn’t like all the time it took to prepare the charcoal for use. I decided to bite the bullet and spring for the Weber Spirit 3-burner EP-325 to replace my charcoal grill. I was skeptical as I considered myself a purist when grilling. I am so glad I switched to this grill! First, I’m a bit older and find I can’t do things as I used to so I took advantage of the option to have the grill assembled upon delivery. I’m glad I did because it took 2cguys about 45 minutes to assemble. My maiden grilling experience started with simple hamburgers. I loved firing up the grill, so easy. The 3 burners help to heat up the grill quickly. There are two burners dedicated to searing if you prefer grill marks on your burgers. So I cooked using the non-searing burner and finished by searing then topping with cheese. It was fantastic to have burgers in minutes as opposed to waiting 45 for the coals to be ready. The Weber SPIRIT 3-Burner Grill EP-325 Liquid Propane grill is a solid, reliable choice for all your grilling needs.

Came in very well packaged with no issues.Product quality, and quality. Great product.Easy to put together, a 3. Being a man, I do not read directions, I look at the pictures. The pictorial presentation is confusing. One must look at and study orientation carefully especially when determining side orientation.To me it was confusing in several places, thus the rating of 3.It took me approximately 5 hours.It was fun and easy for the most part.

I have mixed feelings about this grill. First off, it took over a month for Amazon to ship it from when I purchased. When it finally did arrive it had a part that was already damaged - one of the sides of the grill had a nasty bend and dent. It took me under 2 hours to fully assemble the grill by myself. I took my time and went through the instructions as best I could. The assembly instructions used pictographs but could have been a lot more clear.The parts and build quality did not meet my expectations for a grill of this price. It uses a lot of flimsy sheet metal and easily bending parts. Make sure you really take your time with assembly and avoid the urge to brute force anything into place. After assembly I hooked up a propane bottle and tested the grill. It lit up right away and I'm sure I'll be happy with it, minus the dinged up side. I feel like this grill should cost more in the $400 range with it's build quality. I have a Weber charcoal grill that I used for many years and am very happy with it which is why I went with a Weber for my propane grill purchase.

Excellent grill, very well built and solid. Easy to use. It’s a little bit different way of cooking than I’m used to. I was used to indirect only, but after using this several times I’ve gotten used to the way it cooks. Very even heat and I love that I have flexibility of lowering The amount of heat or raising it. I find the built-in thermometer a huge asset, it helps me customize the heat to what I’m cooking. Would highly recommend.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’m old school and love the flavor pf charcoal grill. Lately no time, this is instant success ! Goes on like a stove instantly cooks food, no liter fluid, no waiting for charcoal to turn white. Convenient for people with limited time.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this Grill. It came very well packaged, and was easy to assemble. Pieces are sturdy, solid, and it looks great! I've mostly used the sear zone settings so far, and they work superbly! Meats are evenly cooked, with a little bit of charring. I expect it will hold up well, as my other Webers have. Highly recommend!
