Great in some ways, crap in others
I love this for sitting up in bed. However, it’s really hard to find an angle that is right for laying on your side. Everything is just a little too steep for my hips and low back. Also the Velcro sticks to the pillow fabric and immediately rips it apart and creates runs. I’ve owned pantyhose more durable than this. I probably wouldn’t repurchase this exact product, I’d look for something different. And the neck supports are kind of large. Instead of supporting they just kind of shove my head forward. They make decent lumbar support though.

Sloppy connections.
This product is too stiff and slips easily. Not good for recovering heart surgery patients.

Cheap Material -Do not Recommend
I was really looking forward to this 4-piece wedge pillow because I thought it would be comfortable and versatile. Unfortunately, it’s been more frustrating than helpful. The biggest issue is getting all four pieces positioned correctly. They tend to shift around, and it takes much more effort than I expected to get comfortable. Instead of helping me relax, I spend too much time adjusting the pillows. I’m also very disappointed in the fabric quality. I’ve only used it for a few days, and the material already has noticeable snags and looks worn. The fabric feels cheap, and I don’t have confidence that it will hold up over time. The concept is good, but the execution falls short. Better-quality fabric and a design that keeps the pieces in place would make a huge difference. Based on my experience so far, I can’t recommend it.

Disappointed
Poorly made. Just received for upcoming surgery. Opened up to let breathe and as I was pulling the pillows off ( to let them expand) the Velcro was poorly stretched and instead of releasing it separated as the stitches broke. This was not the cheapest item. I can probably repair it myself, but had I know this, I would have ordered a different one. Still might would’ve had the same problem who knows. Disappointed.

Wedge pillow for Quadruple Bypass
Has many adjustments. Works for my requirements needed for my quadruple bypass when I was recovering.
