I absolutely love the box. I placed 3 fresh from the oven casseroles in at 1 o'clock. At 3:30 I opened it and the steam rolled out! Lol.. The casseroles were piping hot. Internal temp of food was holding, if not higher than when it went in the box.. Construction is great!! I wished I had bought it sooner. Dont hesitate if you are on the fence, you won't be disappointed!

I have a bbq to deliver food to 75 people , ribs, brisket, beans, trip, corn on the cob , and the food has to be hot during the trip of 60 miles and there into a office at 7 am to be served at 11 am I picked this product based on durability , good wheel casters and solid handles , its worth the money yes there is cheaper smaller ones out there but why disappoint your self and your guests they look at you for the final product and you will fail if you deliver cold food that's for sure , I actually put a tray of oven hot 500' rocks on the bottom pan to keep everything really hot for 4-5 hours and it works
