Year old model (2020) was shipped. The box itself was giving away the age. Ac though working good came with several fins bent. This is completely a delivery issue. It could have been better. I already have 3 AC (1 Window, 2 Split) at home. None of the AC came with the fins bent. This is the first time I see fins bent.AC is working good as of now.After an year and half of usage------------------------------------------The remote at times just resets on its own.AC fan speed work on its own. Even if you control it through the remote, the AC will automatically set the speed on its own.Cooling as per a 2 ton AC is average.Electricity bill is very high considering a 2 ton 2 star compressor.I would say stay away from this particular model. Instead invest money and go for a 3 star inverter split ac which would save bills as well as reduce noise.

This AC is really awful at cooling. The Amazon return warranty had run out by the time we purchased a stabilizer and we had to go through Hitachi. Hitachi is taking over 2 months to replace it. Do not buy.
