NutriJa L-Theanine Powder – (50 Grams)

The spoon that came with the product contains about 400 mg. I take usually in the morning 200 mg with the coffee, and the same in the afternoon. That already for a few weeks. It dissolves easily when stirring with a spoon. I think it helps relaxation and focus during the day. I like that it is a powder and does not contain other chemicals that might be present in capsules. I give five stars for the flavor, because I do not taste it probably because it is in the coffee, I do not take the pure powder in my mouth. So I cannot be negative about the flavor. And I do not swallow, I did not test it that way. I am not sure if it would help sleep actually, because I do not take it in the evening. I use things like magnesium threonate and melatonin in the evening. I also do not take more than 400 mg a day, because I am afraid lowering my blood pressure too much. I have a normal bloodpressure, but I am suspecting Theanine to decrease it. I took it now for several weeks, and during that time I did not get much stress and seem to be able to focus more than usual. I must confess that I take other nootropics as well, so I will keep using what I take nowadays thus including the L-Theanine. Never change a winning combo I would say.

Best product with clear effect, I earlier tried capsules and other forms, but this pack is better.. most of capsules are 100 mg to 200 mg and fixed dose, this gives flexibility to adjust dose and really cost effective, (500 Serving of 100Mg)

I take this when I am anxious, and it works in ~30 minutes without any drowsiness. It does come with a tiny spoon inside that measures L-Theanine in 400mg increments (although you can use 1/2 of the spoon for 200mg). The powder is slightly hydrophobic so it doesn't readily dissolve in water with simple stirring, although I did find that smearing the powder to the walls of the cup will allow the powder to dissolve completely without any leftover grit or particulates. This is definitely a better value than capsules if you are willing to put in the work to manually dissolve this in water when you want to take the supplement.

The price could be a little less.

Value for money, quality is good, increase performance, induce good mood and better sleep, in limited quantity i don't find any side effects. Good health benefits.
