Its good products
Keeps you full, but taste of vanilla is just weird. This taste issue is actually with every whey protein powder. Having it in few other taste options can help , as daily vanilla is just ewwwww...

It's too sweet....not advisable if someone has to be cautious about Glucose levels..

For now its good just started using it
Bought a diabetic one and this one, Will update after a month, just started using, not much of vanilla flavour but it has a little of vanilla, not much. But thought its easy to prepare. Right after taking had lose motion a lot, maybe 3 or more times, maybe its the effect or not, no idea, so the next day i skipped. Will update later how it goes, for now thinking positive, thats why its 5 🌟 for now.
