Customer satisfaction should be on top priority
Mobile is not functioning. It fails to connect with sim network at its both slot. Fully disgusting and wastage of time.

Good product in its range.
The size, grip and contour is OK for use of seniors. It produces sound of the key number only on one profile setting. It is not working properly with SIMs of some of the providers. SOS button is very good feature. If Voice Dialing is also added , this can be a true companion for a senior citizen. I hope SCOSMOS can think of enabling Voice Dialing in their next model.

Total waste of money Don't buy
Hope I can give 0 star. No return of product. Phone do not receive network properly and during call other side voice u can't understand because sound is not clear. Total wastage of my money. I bought this for my father and now he is very angry with me for wasting money.

i bought it for my dad as he cant write or read, was looking for a phone like this, now he can call 2 person directly just without need 2 search for the contact. i am 2 happy

Perfect phone for senior citizens
Delivery and packaging: It was delivered well before the time. Packaging was well and no tamper was seen.Phone impression: I had bought this for my grandmother and she liked it very much. It has a feature to pronounce the numbers loudly when pressed. Speed dial feature is present. Speakers are loud. Sound quality is also good. It has separate key for torch, so we can use it even if the phone is off. Large keys and easier to press. Battery life is par excellent. Its been 3 days and battery is going strong.

Happy to check sos and found it working
No guidance to learn about settings.i found it hard to set sos, and other settings.had to break my head initially. Senior citizen cant do the settings on their own. Too much complicated for basic user of feature phone to do settings.Happy to check sos and found it working.You can save 5 nos.It calls 5 people one after another till someone picks the call during emergency call.And the people who miss the call also get a sms alert from the mobile user /sos caller. The cycle of calling ,went for 2nd time when i checked.The sound not so good, but ok if you look for sos.M1 , M 2 two nos can be saved and tested, found ok.Overall one of the cheapest phone available with sos.
