Good Value for Versatile Display
We have a home office that doubles as a guest bedroom. I bought this as a dual-purpose computer monitor for when I work from home and as a TV display for any guests who’d like to watch a show in the room. So far, I’ve been pleased overall with the product and its value. As a computer monitor, I’ve been pleased with the picture quality, and the array of ports has enabled me to dispense with a docking station that had been cluttering my desktop. The display is a bit large and imposing when looking at it across a standard-depth (28”) desk, but it isn’t inordinately distracting. I still prefer a dual-monitor setup overall, but because the display is so large, I can easily work with two or more windows on the single display. As a TV display, I’m satisfied with the picture quality for the price. No one would confuse this with an OLED display, but I didn’t pay for an OLED display. I connected the display to an AppleTV, and when someone wants to use the monitor as a TV display, the AppleTV remote controls the display seamlessly. As for the speakers, I’m content with them when using the display as a computer monitor, but I’m not content with them when using the display as a TV. They’re distractingly “tinny” and you need to turn them up pretty loud to hear them from the guest bed. I bought some Bluetooth headphones, and they have worked nicely with the display. This isn’t really a complaint, as I didn’t expect superb-quality speakers at this price point. My two relatively minor gripes about this product, which I’d think could be remedied at the current price point, are these: 1. I wish the display’s base / stand were more versatile and could be raised, lowered, and swiveled. I paid for accessories that enable me or guests to do this. 2. I think the remote could’ve been designed better. For instance, it doesn’t have a mute button, and it has a bunch of buttons that are specifically dedicated to streaming platforms that I rarely use. This isn’t a huge deal for me, because as mentioned above, I connected this to my AppleTV and can use its sensible and efficient remote. I give this five stars not because I think it’s perfect, but because I think it’s a very good value at this price point for my specific purpose.

I <3 4K but, OMG this TV is SO BUGGY and GLITCHY - urgh!
I AM SO ANNOYED! GOOGLE WHY DOES YOUR TV REMOTE KEEP DISCONNECTING FROM YOUR DANG TV?!?! — Why do the apps just stop working for no reason? — Why am I constantly told I’m offline when I’m not? — Why is there no output for a speaker or soundbar? Also this tv is THE most glitchy thing I have used since Windows XP. Somehow, it doesn’t connect my streaming accounts on TV’s elsewhere in my home, which makes it impossible to remain up to date on which episode I left off from. The 4k is amazing in the smaller size for the bedroom… but I’m not sure it’s worth it all of the glitches and frustration. plus either there is a firmware update for the remote which isn’t working, or it’s already updated and the TV for some reason keeps telling me to update, ergo, MICROSOFT XP- level glitches. PLEASE fix your stuff, GOOGLE!! I hate that I cannot rely on appliances which I am investing in. Where is the sense of pride and ownership in what is built anymore?

Almost Best in its class
Almost perfect for the price with so many features and 4K display. My main purpose of this was for computer monitor rather than TV. Pros: I preferred this VA panel over another 4K IPS panel that I bought because it allows very low backlight for night reading. It’s almost perfect for my use which is to read on large screen at night. Another super convenient feature is that it supports DDC/CI (Display Data Channel/Command Interface) so the brightness and contrast can be adjusted by software rather using the remote or joystick. However it only worked through HDMI in my case and not the USB-C port which I wanted. Still it’s better than other displays that don’t have this feature, which was the main reason behind my purchase. Built in speakers are a plus which produce good sound for video conferencing, not sure if it’s good enough for entertainment. Cons: Things I don’t like about are: first, Backlight cannot be adjusted through DCC interface which is cumbersome to use for someone who has to adjust the brightness every night, and used to the auto brightness adjustment with light sensor on most laptops. Second, it is VA panel which still has grayish color in lowest backlight, which is better than IPS panel but nothing compared to OLED panel. So for someone who looks for high contrast with true black and HDR content, and has the money for it, better not to choose this one. Overall: It’s a very good TV/monitor loaded with features at a very reasonable price. It’s one of the best in its class.

Video is amazing, audio is abysmal.
Only thing you need to know is that the screen is great but the sound sucks. The video is high quality and the monitor function for connecting to a laptop is crisp. But simply put, the built in audio is actually terrible. I don't mind much because I invested in desk speakers a while ago, so I just connected to those. If you are planning on having this as a primary TV or sound output device, you need to invest in something else like a soundbar. The sound is just very very thin and there is absolutely no depth or bass in the slightest. As a monitor it's great, but the audio needs upgrading.

Really good for the price
Pros: everything it offers for the price. Very good Remote. Smart tv and monitor. Good 4k quality. Looks good. Cons: color/hue settings look at little off without adjustment. After adjustments better, but not like my sony tv. It's got sound, but still needs other speakers if you want good sound. I wish it was easier to adjust brightness/contrast settings without having to click three times through the menu. In conclusion: would buy again. Nothing comes close at $250

No se ven muy bien las imágenes; al activar el HDR se ve peor, ta chafo el monitor.
