Used it for two years. Just love it, easy to digest, high quality. Even my parent take it with no issues. I love the milky taste too. I usually make my own flavour take this after mixing it with yogurt and fruits with vanilla ice cream on cheat days. Versatile product.

taste is not so good , has solubility issues better add 200-300 rs and buy a better whey.
