You better have the time to be in the restroom. It works rather quickly & you most likely will have bubble guts,just not in a horrid sense. This. Stuff. Works. Traditional Medicinals Organic Smooth Move tea does exactly what the name says. I take medication that sometimes binds me up and I'm not fond of taking more pills to combat something caused by pills. Instead, I have a cup of Smooth Move tea before bed, (I use 2 teabags), and in the morning, job done. I will admit, the flavor of Smooth Move isn't my favorite so I don't think of it as a relaxing sipping tea. It tastes a little funky to me, like a touch of licorice and other herbs that have a weird after taste, but it's not so bad that I can't drink a whole mug, I just drink it quickly. Honestly, though, I don't care how it tastes, I'd hold my nose and down it if I had to because IT WORKS. I also have to say that this tea does cause me cramps. It's not so bad that it wakes me up during the night, but when I wake up I definitely feel the tea working. However, just as with not enjoying the flavor, the cramping is a side effect that is tolerable for the guaranteed outcome. I absolutely recommend Traditional Medicinals Organic Smooth Move tea. I feel better using this product than taking OTC pills that usually don't work, when I know Smooth Move will work every single time.

I got this tea because I had watched a video about how most tea is really not good for you and is full of chemicals. This was one of the tea brands recommended as safe and chemical free. I got the senna peppermint, and it tastes really good. Haven't used it enough to know if the "senna" part really helps, but that would be great if it does 😁!

Products work very well only take it once a week unless it's absolutely needed twice a week. Can be very powerful but it's all natural. The only thing I didn't like is every time I receive it whoever packages the products it was crushed and damaged

I have never been a hot tea drinker, but I had to try this one. I assume it to be a good quality tea, as this company usually gets high marks. The peppermint version adds to both the taste and aroma, and the product definitely lives up to it's name! I wouldn't recommend more than one cup every few days though. :)

This Smooth Move tea really works as intended! I have had trouble with different types of laxatives and even suppositories in the past, but everyone is trying this tea- it works wonders. One of the biggest things to note is that you need to leave the teabag seeping for a good 10 to 15 minutes prior to taking out and drinking. This way it allows a lot of the key ingredients (Senna) to soak into the tea for better results. I also really like that it is peppermint flavored and tastes better than I would’ve imagined! I typically don’t drink tea, but this is very easy to drink!

The quality of this tea is amazing. It’s very effective and helps me a lot using the toilet more regularly and with bloating. The taste is pretty good as well, I’m someone who enjoys my tea natural no added sweetness but I imagine adding a little honey or sugar might be more preferable for others who may not like the natural taste. Highly recommended.
